Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, and typically a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
The Business Technical Services Analyst will maintain knowledge of assigned clients, providing technical support to clients and their Business Account/Relationship Managers, ensuring service level agreements are met, and identifying revenue-generating opportunities. They will also document requirements, propose solutions, assist in the evaluation of client business requirements, convert requirements into technical specifications, maintain client system environments, participate in release management, and occasionally provide 24x7 first-line Service Desk support.
