Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis or application programming
Salesforce Developer training (preferred)
Experience with data migration tools, especially Informatica (preferred)
Knowledge of pharmaceutical or commercial sales organizations (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, flexible, and quick learner
Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

Perform ongoing Salesforce administration: user setup, permission sets, page layouts, fields, reports, dashboards, etc
Configure Salesforce.com features including workflows and automated approvals
Act as a subject matter expert and consultant for less experienced Salesforce technical resources
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams
Lead and coordinate the development of software applications with advanced technical and business knowledge
Define requirements and design specifications for custom applications and systems
Perform full-cycle programming tasks including design, coding, debugging, and documentation
Maintain and enhance existing programs, identifying and resolving errors
Implement root cause fixes for system and application issues
Promote engineering quality through source control, code reviews, CI/CD, and unit testing
Provide input on development best practices and standards
Deliver support and solutions for break/fix issues
