Requirements

Work closely with Finance teams to drive process and system improvements
Provide technical mentorship and be hands-on
Respond to reporting/analytics requests
Provide project management
Build and manage various integrations
Work independently but closely with functional financial business partners
Analyze business problems and recommend solutions that improve automation and efficiency
Evaluate and develop systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet strategic business needs
Ensure successful maintenance and configuration of new Workday solutions
Redesign existing features and recommend optimized approaches for implementing new features

Responsibilities

Work closely with business partners to understand business processes, goals, and gaps
Drive the planning, prioritization, design, development, and deployment of new projects & system improvements
Understand business requirements, configure the Workday Financials product, and document as needed
Leverage business knowledge and expertise to find opportunities for process improvements
Participate in the change management and launch support processes for new and modified configurations
Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, domain experts, and end-user representatives
Coordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met
Assist project team during user acceptance testing (UAT), including tracking issues through to resolution
