Requirements

  • Work closely with Finance teams to drive process and system improvements
  • Provide technical mentorship and be hands-on
  • Respond to reporting/analytics requests

  • Build and manage various integrations
  • Work independently but closely with functional financial business partners
  • Analyze business problems and recommend solutions that improve automation and efficiency
  • Evaluate and develop systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet strategic business needs
  • Ensure successful maintenance and configuration of new Workday solutions
  • Redesign existing features and recommend optimized approaches for implementing new features

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business partners to understand business processes, goals, and gaps
  • Drive the planning, prioritization, design, development, and deployment of new projects & system improvements
  • Understand business requirements, configure the Workday Financials product, and document as needed
  • Leverage business knowledge and expertise to find opportunities for process improvements
  • Participate in the change management and launch support processes for new and modified configurations
  • Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, domain experts, and end-user representatives
  • Coordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met
  • Assist project team during user acceptance testing (UAT), including tracking issues through to resolution
