Requirements

Candidates should have over 5 years of experience as a Business System Analyst or in a similar role, with a proven ability to translate business needs into system requirements. A strong understanding of core development platforms and the ability to quickly learn new technologies are essential. Familiarity with healthcare/pharma compliance regulations such as FDA, HIPAA, and 21 CFR Part 11 is preferred, as is the ability to visualize workflows and data flows.
