Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of BSS components including Billing, CRM, Order Management, Revenue Assurance, and Mediation
  • Several years of experience in IT architecture, software development, or a related role
  • Proficiency in a variety of technologies, such as cloud platforms, programming languages, databases, and networking
  • In-depth experience with BSS integration, open API standards, TM Forum etc
  • Knowledge of architectural frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman (preferred)
  • Netcracker experience or experience with similar tools like Amdocs, Ericsson Automated Network Operation, Nokia, or others
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities in guiding technical teams and influencing decision-making
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
  • Ability to work in Canada and obtain clearance under the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP)

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed architecture plans, including system components, data flow, integration points, and security measures
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices
  • Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architecture documents

  • Maintain accurate documentation of architectural designs, guidelines, and decisions
  • Optimize the performance and scalability of IT solutions, considering factors like load balancing and resource utilization
