Requirements

An Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Experience in auto-oriented paralegal work, counter affidavit experience, and Tier 1 carrier experience are beneficial. The ideal candidate possesses excellent proofreading skills, a keen eye for legal detail, and comfort with repetitive quality assurance tasks. Responsibilities

The Legal Quality Analyst will manage the medical file review process, ensuring completed referrals and reports are accurate and address all client questions. Responsibilities include conducting quality audits, verifying report completeness against a checklist, formatting reports for approval, and communicating with reviewers and clients for clarifications. The analyst will also ensure grammatical correctness and adherence to client and department standards, update clients on referral progress, and may undertake other assigned duties and special projects.
