Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruiting strategies that align with our robust growth goals
  • Proactively source and screen candidates using various methods, such as job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals
  • Provide regular feedback to hiring managers and HR teams, and prepare recruitment reports and metrics for analysis
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding
  • Leverage recruitment data and metrics to enhance the hiring process, recognize patterns, and make well-informed decisions
  • Actively work towards creating a diverse workforce by implementing inclusive recruitment practices
