Position Summary

Responsible for leveraging data analytics to drive business process improvements, optimize operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making. This role will lead the development of process analytics, key performance indicators, and business process management methodologies, while fostering a continuous improvement mindset throughout the organization. Acting as primary lead and interface between various stakeholders from multiple businesses: operations, projection management, technology services, architecture, and data service teams. This position will use a blend of business acumen and analytical expertise to define, measure, analyze, improve, and develop control processes (DMAIC). This key role is pivotal in managing change and driving process improvement engagements across the broader organization, aiming to align business processes with organizational goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets to uncover performance insights, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Conducts root cause analysis with key stakeholders for effective problem solving.
  • Design, implement, and refine business processes using analytical insights to achieve scalability and efficiency.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders throughout the value stream.
  • Lead and facilitate events such as process mapping, value stream mapping, and problem-solving sessions.
  • Develops and maintains key performance indicators and other metrics that align to operational, tactical, and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead initiatives to integrate new analytical tools or methods into existing business processes, ensuring adoption and effectiveness.
  • Facilitates and leads meetings or discussions with different stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements, validate data, discuss risk mitigation techniques, and implement solutions that align with organizational objectives.
  • Maintains and communicates project plan progress, issues, and risks.
  • Regularly review and adjust optimizations strategies based on performance metrics and feedback loops to foster a continuous improve mindset.
