Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services

Responsibilities

Analyze, develop, and improve workflows
Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose solutions to optimize effectiveness
Collaborate with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases
Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to refine processes over time
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows
Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME)
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
Develop process documentation and training materials to support implementation and knowledge transfer
Align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization
