Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience
  • 15 years of full-time education
  • Hospitality skills – hands-on/process/functional knowledge from working at a hotel/hospitality/aviation/travel company or on a project in such industry sub-segments (minimum 2 years)
  • Collaboration skills – excellent project management and coordination skills with demonstrated experience working directly with external and internal global stakeholders
  • Communication skills – excellent spoken and written proficiency in English with demonstrated experience working directly with external and internal global stakeholders
  • Any one of: Data skills (hands-on experience in migration/transformation projects, minimum 2 years); Analysis/Functional skills (strong direct experience as functional consultant/business analyst/systems analyst, minimum 2 years); Change management (direct experience managing/being deeply engaged in major business transformation program, minimum 2 years)
  • Nice to have: Experience with any application transformation project as a business analyst/developer/tester/any role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, develop, and improve workflows
  • Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose solutions to optimize effectiveness
  • Collaborate with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases
  • Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to refine processes over time
  • Engage with target stakeholders to build rapport and trust while preparing them for change
  • Serve as primary go-to-person for target stakeholders, acting as liaison with subject matter experts/leaders/other teams
  • Manage change with stakeholders by enabling/guiding them, managing risks, resolving issues, and holding them accountable
  • Act as primary lead for assigned PODs/workstreams and client's first point of escalation
  • Manage teams/PODs including work allocation/tracking, deliverable/performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring
  • Enable users with understanding of relevant tools and processes
  • Assist users in timely completion of required change management tasks
  • Review and ensure accuracy and quality of change tasks
  • Triage process/system issues and seek additional help promptly
  • Monitor and report the health of the change, escalating when needed
  • Analyze repeat questions/issues/learnings and suggest best practices
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, knowledge, and tools
  • Assign, track, and review work, deliverables, and performance
  • Mentor team members for motivation, commitment to quality, and client success
