  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management
  • Proficiency in SAP TM (Transportation Management)
  • Proficiency in Reports, Forms, BN4L, and awareness of AI-driven capabilities
  • Strong exposure to all transportation modes—Road, Rail, Air, and Ocean—covering Planning, Execution, and Cost Settlement processes
  • In-depth understanding of Master Data and Transaction Data management
  • Hands-on experience with advanced features such as Integration with Yard Logistics, Integration with EWM, Advanced Shipping and Receiving, Logistics Integrations (3rd Party and BN4L), Automatic Planning
  • Expertise in custom development solutions based on specific business use cases
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks and related tools
  • Experience in business process mapping and documentation methodologies
  • 15 years full-time education

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and design new business processes to create documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies
  • Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements
  • Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM)
  • Lead the project lifecycle from requirement gathering to TM solution deployment
  • Manage customer expectations by aligning with best practices and client deliverables
  • Collaborate with and manage project teams, ensuring accountability for decisions and deliverables
  • Provide effective solutions to team-level and cross-team challenges
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and stakeholder feedback
  • Develop and maintain detailed process documentation and system functionality specifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define product requirements and use cases, ensuring business objectives are met through efficient process design and deployment strategies
  • Conduct user and task analysis, work closely with various teams to ensure seamless system transitions, and continuously drive innovation and improvement across business operations
