Requirements

Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting (must have skill)
Strong proficiency in S/4HANA Controlling (SAP CO Management Accounting)
Solid accounting knowledge with hands-on experience in Controlling, particularly in Product Costing, Margin Analysis, and Material Ledger
Experience supporting project kick-off and requirements gathering activities
Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate business processes and identify improvement opportunities
Skilled in process mapping and creating clear, structured documentation
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with project management methodologies
15 years of full-time education

Responsibilities

Analyze and design new business processes and create documentation to guide implementation of new processes and technologies
Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements
Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in S/4HANA Controlling, supporting project kick-off and requirements gathering
Lead and guide the team to achieve performance goals
Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decision-making, and take ownership of team-level decisions
Conduct workshops and meetings to gather requirements and stakeholder feedback
Develop and maintain process documentation to promote clarity, consistency, and alignment across teams
