Requirements

  • Expertise in sourcing, pulling, and reviewing relevant sample documents, such as contracts or legal materials to extract and label key data points
  • Ability to audit and assess the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of contract data to ensure accuracy of AI models, including ensuring key contract terms and metadata are properly extracted and standardized
  • Experience with migrating and cleaning contract data from legacy systems into modern CLM platforms, including mapping data fields, redefining data formats, and ensuring consistency
  • Skilled in handling both out-of-the-box (OOTB) fields and custom data fields with precision, ensuring all information is accurately entered and formatted
  • Skilled in identifying issues in contract data (e.g., missing clauses, incorrect terms, or inconsistencies) and taking corrective action, which may involve manual intervention or automation tools
  • Skilled in efficiently identifying, categorizing, and organizing data patterns for summarizing “failures” and supplying to the effective development and training of models
  • Skilled in identifying and mapping prevailing terms, and organizing contracts in family hierarchy
  • Proficient in accurately labeling and annotating contract templates aligned with customer’s requirements
  • Skills in preparing, analyzing and assessing data for AI readiness, and building AI models to achieve business outcomes
  • Experience in performing Document Review (Quality Control), assessing and remediating metadata
  • Ability to identify prevailing contract terms and create contract hierarchies
  • Ability to collaborate with customers to build contract playbooks, including guidance on configuring clause libraries, annotating contract templates, defining logic for AI-based data point identification and extraction
  • Ability to build custom AI prompts to extract specific data from fields and clauses
