Requirements

  • Seasoned Business Platform Engineer with experience in business process re-engineering
  • Experience in Microsoft 365 suite: Mail, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Office Apps, Enterprise Applications, Copilots, eDiscovery, and Purview
  • Experience with PowerShell and Entra (Azure Entra ID)
  • Knowledge and experience in Microsoft 365 Governance & Compliance (e.g., retention policies, data loss prevention (DLP), compliance centre configurations)
  • Knowledge and experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) (e.g., conditional access policies, role-based access control (RBAC), identity lifecycle management, SSO/MFA configuration and integration)
  • Knowledge and experience in SaaS Integration & API Usage (e.g., integrating SaaS platforms using APIs, connectors, automation tools like Power Platform)
  • Knowledge and experience in Monitoring & Observability Tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Splunk, New Relic for proactive service monitoring and incident response)
  • Knowledge and experience in End-User Experience Optimization (e.g., digital experience monitoring, techniques to improve usability of M365 and other SaaS tools)
  • Knowledge and experience in Change Enablement (e.g., supporting change management, training, communications, stakeholder engagement for tool adoption)
  • Knowledge and experience in Licensing & Cost Optimization (e.g., M365 and SaaS licensing models, optimizing usage and cost)
  • Knowledge and experience in Environment build and application configuration (e.g., Intune & Autopilot)
  • Knowledge and experience in End-User Support

Responsibilities

  • Deploy, maintain, and support a suite of SaaS-based tools with a focus on Microsoft 365 suite (Mail, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Office Apps, Enterprise Applications, Copilots, eDiscovery, Purview) and related technologies (PowerShell, Entra)
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver well-architected, scalable solutions aligned with industry best practices
  • Enhance the colleague experience in a dynamic digital workspace
  • Shape processes and make a genuine impact during tech transformation and new business platform implementation
