Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or work equivalent
  • 7+ years of Partner Management Experience including managing Call Center Partners, Door-to-Door Partners, and Third Party Digital Affiliates
  • Strategic thinker but action oriented
  • Demonstrated record of consistent sales growth and quota attainment
  • Telecom industry experience a plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage the success of multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment, and work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and channel management colleagues to support revenue growth
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Competent with complex telecom and financial datasets
  • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales results with key partners
  • Partner with third parties to develop campaigns and ensure execution and compliance
  • Accountable for reaching/exceeding Sales Target on Monthly basis
  • Collaborate closely with partners on day-to-day operations and ensure constant optimization
  • Collaborate closely with partners to develop strategies and action plans
  • Develop collaborative relationships with internal organizations including Service delivery, Service assurance, IT, Product Management, Network Operations, Local Network Planning and Access Management, Finance and Marketing
