  • Archive documentation in line with quality assurance processes
  • Assist Modality Managers with daily tasks and executional support
  • Help resolve invoicing disputes in coordination with service and finance teams
  • Manage local purchases, vendor creation, PO management, and invoice booking
  • Drive initiatives to improve data quality and standardize operational processes
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
