Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Strong communication (verbal and written) in French, Dutch, and English
High attention to detail and precision in administrative tasks
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to work independently and in a matrixed international environment
Prior experience in operations, customer service, service backoffice or similar roles is preferred

Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between customers, field engineers, and internal teams
Ensure smooth coordination for service contracts, offers, tenders, and operational support
Maintain accurate customer and install base data in systems like Salesforce
Archive documentation in line with quality assurance processes
Assist Modality Managers with daily tasks and executional support
Help resolve invoicing disputes in coordination with service and finance teams
Manage local purchases, vendor creation, PO management, and invoice booking
Drive initiatives to improve data quality and standardize operational processes
Collaborate across departments to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
