  • Experience supporting alignment with internal and external business partners across TPPIT and enabling functions (e.g., Finance, R&D IT, Data Science, Procurement, Lab Operations)
  • Capability to manage contracted staff
  • Skills in fostering cross-functional relationships to optimize team effectiveness, remove redundancy, or enhance collaboration
  • Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, proactively communicating status, issues, implications, and recommendations, and facilitating decisions
  • Experience serving as a change agent for global initiatives, influencing alignment, driving change, and achieving results
  • Proficiency in supporting development and implementation of standard tools or processes

Responsibilities
