Responsibilities

  • Apporter des solutions clés en main pour les équipes commerciales locales et centrales, afin d’assurer une meilleure efficacité/fluidité aux utilisateurs internes et construire un socle solide et durable
  • Assister le collaborateur en charge de la partie “Enablement”, dans la conception, l’organisation et l'animation des formations pour les nouveaux collaborateurs des équipes sales et account management en France
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe Business Operations de Deliveroo France pour apporter du support sur des initiatives spécifiques (performance opérationnelle, promotionnelle, etc.)
  • Gérer des tâches administratives et optimiser des processus (Ticket restaurant, paiements, facturation, mise à jour des données dans le back-office et outil de CRM, newsletters à destination des partenaires)
  • Assister les équipes commerciales dans des tâches de veille concurrentielle
  • Animer les différents canaux de communication internes afin de partager les dernières informations venant des équipes centrales et locales
