Responsibilities

Assist in planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects
Track key operational metrics, prepare dashboards and reports, and support executive updates
Identify process gaps and support implementation of solutions to improve efficiency
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings involving leadership or cross-functional stakeholders
Manage logistics including agenda creation, note-taking, action tracking, and follow-up
Support quarterly business reviews, OKR check-ins, and team offsites (virtual or in-person)
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and partners
Act as a liaison between operations and other departments to ensure alignment and shared understanding
Support in managing vendor communications, documentation, and onboarding processes
Prepare internal updates, summaries, and presentations to keep teams aligned and informed
Facilitate smooth communication across departments to minimize silos and friction
Maintain central documentation and resources for easy access across the organization
