Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality data analysis on the sales funnel, marketing campaign ROI, and customer acquisition trends
Develop dashboards for conversion, retention, account growth across channels
Partner with teams to optimize targeting and growth
Analyse product and feature adoption
Build and maintain reporting frameworks that align Sales, Marketing, and Product, working closely with Finance to support revenue predictability
Conduct analysis on pricing, discounting, ACV mix, and win/loss data
Enhance analytics systems and processes through automation and best practices
Maintain KPI contracts, data dictionaries, and attribution rules
Lead quarterly governance reviews with stakeholders
