Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ year of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, internal operations, or business analyst role
  • Proven track record of stepping into gaps to solve problems and independently offering solutions
  • Foundational understanding of GAAP, budgeting, expense management, and financial reporting, with exposure to tools such as QuickBooks, Ramp, or ERP

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of new or ambiguous assignments across HR, Legal, Operations, Supply Chain, Facilities, IT, Finance, and Accounting, quickly learning new tools and adapting to deliver results
  • Maintain strong organizational systems (i.e., Linear, Notion, Confluence) and communicate openly and professionally to manage tasks, priorities, and deadlines while ensuring responsiveness in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactively initiate tasks, maintain ownership, and drive projects from 0 to 1, such as standing up new processes in Ramp, ERP Systems, or other new systems
  • Assist in building and maintaining business foundations and infrastructure, leveraging tools such as Excel, QuickBooks, Ramp, ERP systems, and similar platforms to enable accurate analysis, reporting, and execution of workstreams
  • Improve internal data capture and reporting by identifying requirements, collaborating with software development teams, and contributing to the design of data tables and systems to support future operational use cases
  • Support process improvement initiatives by helping identify inefficiencies, developing automation to mitigate business risk or create efficiencies, and aiding in implementation across functions
  • Build and sustain strong relationships across internal and external partners to support execution across a variety of projects
