Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier institution, at least two years of experience in an Institutional Investment role, and demonstrate a high level of integrity, dedication, and motivation. Fluency in English is required, with basic Mandarin Chinese skills being preferred.

Responsibilities

The Business & Investment Analyst will conduct research on the US Enterprise Software industry to support investment strategies, prepare detailed analyses of companies, and identify growth opportunities. They will also support the investment process including deal evaluation, due diligence, negotiation, and execution, as well as liaise externally and internally regarding investment targets. Furthermore, they will assist with strategic planning, financial analysis, and post-deal management, ensuring synergies between investment targets and Tencent businesses.
