Requirements

Candidates should possess a professional degree in a relevant field such as administration, technology, or a related area. They must have at least two years of experience in similar responsibilities, with advanced Excel skills and solid competencies including goal orientation, analytical abilities, adaptability, assertive communication, and customer service. Advanced English proficiency is also required, along with experience in RMS, specifically VEEVA, and applications for data visualization.

Responsibilities

The Business Intelligence Specialist will be responsible for database modeling, SQL, information cubes, data lakes, and ETL processes. They will also perform data design and visualization, conduct data analysis to build indicators, analyze business requirements and define KPIs and metrics, manage Excel (Visual Basic), and handle various internet browsers and Microsoft Teams. Furthermore, they will work with RMS, particularly VEEVA, and mobile applications for data visualization.
