  • Visionary leadership in building and directing business intelligence capabilities, turning data into actionable insights

  • Implement frameworks for analysis and experimentation (A/B testing, uplift models) to optimize customer touchpoints across the lifecycle

  • Foster a culture of measurable impact through data-driven decisions, strategic interactions, and product launches
