Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required (Desired: in Accounting, Finance, or Business)
Minimum of 3 years of related financial and administrative assistance experience
Experience in developing, organizing, forecasting, and maintaining financial budgets and tracking technical and financial milestones
Experience in creating and coordinating budget and acquisition funding documents with knowledge/competence in analysis
Superior working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required)
Demonstrated experience in organizing and facilitating small meetings
Proficient in the use of Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) and creation/modification of Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Keen eye for detail and ability to multitask
Ability to operate well in group dynamics, think creatively and critically
Fundamental understanding of government budgeting and government contracting
Public Trust Clearance required
Desired: Two (2) years of DARPA experience
