Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in enterprise software sales as a SDR/BDR or Inside Sales

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for prospects generated through inbound demand programs and outbound efforts
  • Drive pipeline growth by identifying and qualifying leads, setting appointments, and handing off opportunities to Account Executives
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to execute targeted outbound calling campaigns and lead generation strategies
  • Engage with prospects at events, working booths and initiating conversations that uncover business needs
  • Identify key decision-makers and influencers within enterprise accounts, building relationships across the purchasing, IT, finance, and executive functions
  • Ask insightful questions to assess fit and align prospects with Mendix’s value proposition
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status using CRM tools, ensuring smooth transitions and follow-ups
