Requirements

  • Previous experience of at least 9-12 months hitting targets as a BDR or SDR targeting the enterprise market (5k-30k employees) in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Previous experience in outbound and/or account-based marketing
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Passion for learning and education
  • Preferred but not mandatory: experience using Salesforce, Salesloft and Gong
  • Master's degree in a related field is a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Generate opportunities from 360Learning's top priority, highest potential accounts
  • Own assigned accounts and develop personalized outreach strategies to connect with target personas
  • Transform intent signals into a sales pipeline
  • Create and qualify cold outbound leads
  • Contact potential customers through cold-calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Detect customer pain points, understand their context, and explain how 360Learning can help
  • Evangelize collaborative learning in the market and pitch the 360Learning value proposition
  • Collaborate closely with coach, marketing operations, demand generation, and sales teams
  • Within 1 month: Finish onboarding, master product/positioning/buyer persona/pitch/qualification, discover territory, define strategy with AEs/KAMs, start outreach
  • Within 3 months: Master tool stack, act as strategic partner to Senior Account Manager, define long-term Account Roadmap, build account-based outreach strategies
  • Within 6 months: Identify/leveraging new business entryways, reach 100% of monthly target, research/strategize approaches, detect/share process improvements
  • Within 12 months: Be eligible for AE/KAM transition, collaborate with sales teams via innovative lead gen ideas in weekly meetings
