Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, partner development, or sales development (B2B SaaS or tech preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in English (Dutch or additional European languages are a plus)
  • Familiarity with CRM/automation tools (HubSpot or similar)
  • Comfort engaging with technical topics such as networking, VPNs, cybersecurity, or the ability to learn quickly
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Willingness to travel domestically or internationally for partner and industry events
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Knowledge of additional languages (ex. Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Japanese, Korean) are also a plus
  • Located in the Netherlands, near Utrecht Central Station (hybrid role)

Responsibilities

  • Support ZeroTier’s Partner Program through lead sourcing, outreach, and relationship nurturing
  • Conduct daily outreach to qualify prospects who have demonstrated interest
  • Build and maintain partnerships with Router OEMs and technology ecosystem players
  • Assist with the planning and execution of partner and industry events in the EU
  • Qualify and manage inbound and outbound leads, working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams
  • Track, measure, and report on activity to help optimize outreach and engagement efforts
  • Discern buyer intent and partner with channel and direct sales teams to get the right customers onboarded
  • Work closely with CS and GTM teams to clearly communicate critical top-of-funnel feedback and suggestions that help optimize segmentation, content and propositions
