Requirements

  • 5 or more years of work experience
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in regional languages (Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese) advantageous
  • Prior CRM experience (MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) required
  • Experience leveraging sales and marketing tools to target and engage prospects and clients (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Salesloft, HVS, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, Cognism, LeadIQ, etc.)
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Proactive, growth-oriented, self-starter with ability to work independently and across a highly matrixed organization
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively prioritize and multitask daily
  • Excellent communication skills with effective interpersonal abilities to build and manage lasting relationships internally and externally
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management, clients, and peers

Responsibilities

  • Execute Visa’s globally consistent Demand Response go-to-market (GTM) route-to-market (RTM) motion focused on prioritized customer segments and solutions
  • Perform high-volume inbound and outbound lead generation and qualification to uncover and qualify high-value sales opportunities within targeted customer segments
  • Qualify leads and identify key personas and decision-makers within various buying groups
  • Leverage go-to-market tools and technology to research, engage, qualify leads, and maintain accurate records in Visa’s CRM
  • Navigate communication channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, social channels) to build and nurture strong client relationships
  • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, B2B marketing, and product organizations to improve campaigns, messaging, engagement strategies, and increase close rates
  • Communicate Visa’s value proposition across multiple products and solutions, overcoming client and prospect objections
  • Test and reach new markets to promote Visa's products and services
  • Incorporate customer delivery motions to scale and execute modern Demand Response aligned to industry best practices
