Responsibilities

  • Make first contacts with food business owners (cafes, bakeries, etc.) primarily by phone, occasionally by email
  • Introduce Too Good To Go and demonstrate how easy the app is for offering surplus food
  • Persuade entrepreneurs to join the platform to combat their food waste
  • Handle cold outbound calling for acquisition
  • Prioritize and act on warm leads quickly
  • Manage full-process administration
  • Research and proactively call new leads
  • Maintain high energy and persistence throughout the day, even after multiple rejections
  • Plan and manage own schedule while communicating with manager as needed
