Requirements

  • Business-level Japanese (English reading/writing skills welcomed)
  • 1+ years of experience in IT sales or business development (enterprise customer experience preferred)
  • Proven success in inbound/outbound sales and building relationships at various organizational levels
  • Proficiency in account planning, opportunity qualification, and handling customer objections through discussions
  • Strong communication skills in phone, writing, and presentations
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into solution proposals with strong learning agility
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, Outreach, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Office
  • Self-motivated, resilient, collaborative attitude
  • Ability to collaborate with sales, marketing, and solutions teams

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified pipeline through inbound and outbound prospecting via phone, video, email, and social channels
  • Research and identify key contacts within target accounts to initiate meaningful conversations
  • Build awareness and interest in Adobe’s Digital Media products (Creative Cloud, Acrobat Studio, Express, Sign, Firefly Services, etc.)
  • Drive attendance to webinars and live events through targeted campaigns
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, marketing, and product teams to align messaging and strategies
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and contribute to pipeline progression and forecasting
  • Confidently handle objections and concerns to qualify prospects
  • Participate in ongoing training and contribute to team best practices
  • Stay informed on Adobe’s competitive positioning in the market
