Requirements

  • Proven experience in new business development, preferably within the CPaaS, SaaS or Solutions Software sector, with a focus on outbound activity
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, in both English and German
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of at least 1 to 2 years in sales and business development

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential clients within target industries
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation with a focus on cold outreach, including networking and leveraging existing contacts
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and positioning our solutions effectively
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Create compelling and tailored proposals, presentations using sales materials that clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals, contributing significantly to the company's financial objectives
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Customer Success, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM software, and provide regular reports to management
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and expand our network
