  • Self-starter that is fearless in making calls or sending emails to prospective clients
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, co-workers, and management
  • Logistics/transportation/freight experience is appreciated but not required
  • Experience in B2B sales or relationship/account management is a plus but not required
  • Proficient with Web software and familiar with Microsoft Office products – including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc

  • Identify, target, and engage with Director, VP, and C-suite executives at potential client companies
  • Use various channels, including research, social media, cold calling, and email, to generate leads and create a robust pipeline of potential meetings
  • Initiate contact with targeted executives through personalized outreach to introduce products/services and establish interest
  • Assess the suitability of potential clients by understanding their needs, budget, and decision-making process
  • Secure appointments with Director, VP, and C-suite executives for final sales pitches, ensuring all meetings align with sales objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects and key stakeholders through regular follow-ups and strategic communication
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, lead status, and meeting outcomes in the CRM system
