Position: Business Development Manager, Microsoft Security (m/f/d)

For our Cloud Business Group, we are seeking a Business Development Manager, Microsoft Security (m/f/d) for our Business Group Cloud, to start as soon as possible, in full-time employment.

As the point of contact for Microsoft Security in the CSP environment, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Strategic and operational development of the manufacturer Microsoft in the Security environment in constant collaboration with team colleagues
  • Close cooperation with the Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, and Marketing departments for the strategic planning and execution of Go-To Market actions
  • Pro-active support of the Inside Sales team in complex or strategic Microsoft Security topics
  • Expansion of our existing partners in the Microsoft Security product area
  • Acquisition of new partners for Microsoft Security
  • Preparation of manufacturer-specific innovations in the areas of licensing, partnerships, and product updates
  • Integration and active collaboration with other Arrow internal specialist departments to position Microsoft in the Security sector through manufacturer cooperations with our unique portfolio
  • Intensive maintenance and constant expansion of your personal network through close collaboration, including regular coordination for the development and expansion of the business relationship with the manufacturer Microsoft

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training
  • At least 3 years of experience in a comparable position in the Security or Microsoft environment
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of sales
  • Independent, self-responsible, and structured way of working
  • High customer/service orientation
  • Fluent German and good English skills
