Requirements

  • Based in London (contractual location; other locations not considered)
  • Relevant industry experience in a client-facing or relationship management supporting role (insurance preferred)
  • Experience of insurers' investment objectives is beneficial
  • Regulatory threshold competent and approved
  • Proven ability to take ownership of client relationships and achieve successful outcomes by influencing internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong collaborator able to build effective relationships with different business areas across Aviva Investors
  • Good industry knowledge combined with effective knowledge of operational processes
  • Motivated to deliver first-class client service, balancing the needs of the client with those of Aviva Investors

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with Aviva clients across various asset classes
  • Ensure prompt resolution of issues including reporting, performance, and fee billing queries
  • Act as the main point of contact for client meetings
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
  • Regularly update team processes and procedures
  • Take ownership of legal documentation such as IMAs
  • Oversee the fee billing process
  • Coordinate mandate changes
  • Support cross-selling opportunities
  • Serve as an internal resource for mandate-specific queries
  • Report directly to an Insurance Business Development or Client Director
  • Work closely with the Client Relationship Management team within a global Distribution network
