Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in AP (based on current physical location) without sponsorship
  • Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
  • Able to travel up to 40%
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Typically requires 12+ years of sales experience with Engineering firms and Industrial Automation
  • Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of Industry Standards
  • Experience with influence leadership and guiding team members
  • 8+ years' of experience in market development and program execution
  • 8+ years' of experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, more specifically with Industry Sales Teams on developing execution strategies
  • Experience with sustained portfolio growth and performance
  • Experience translating customer's industrial goals into automation solutions

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Engineering, Procurement and Construction strategy, partnership development and growth acceleration
  • Build and implement plans to influence RA's specification positions and develop a portfolio revenue stream
  • Take a leadership role in creating and executing the EPC business plan
  • Develop C-level relationships with targeted EPC firms
  • Define the Partner Ecosystem for the EPC including delivery partners and technology partners aligned with the business unit's biggest growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with account managers across territories and leverage the Lighthouse Organization
  • Lead the overall partnership and performance encompassing annual growth, planning and execution including targets, competency, and future investments
  • Manage complexity, overcome objections, and remain flexible to change
  • Collaborate with Industry team on overall strategy
  • Inspire, influence, lead and communicate across a diverse team not under direct management
  • Be a customer-centric business advocate
  • Be a domain expert around the LCS business and build competency within your team and supporting teams
  • Translate the customer's industrial business drivers into automation solutions and articulate unique value of solution portfolio
  • Lead the business development and understand the technical acumen for the industries aligned with the EPCs
  • Respond to RFQs
  • Analyze market conditions, develop an annual business plan and coordinate its implementation to understand market conditions, competitive forces, determine market share, and identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to attack competition and grow market reach
  • Manage multiple partner relationships while achieving target outcomes
  • Commercially and technically articulate Rockwell Automation's value proposition in the process and solutions
  • Administer and implement marketing programs and launches, while maintaining discipline funnel through CRM
