Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Genuine passion for gaming, social media, and influencer marketing. Regular player of video games will be a plus, ideally with familiarity or interest in battle royale titles like PUBG Mobile
  • 5–7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or talent management, ideally within entertainment, gaming, or consumer tech
  • Proven success in managing celebrity and influencer partnerships and commercial deals
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and digital trends
  • Proficient with influencer marketing tools and data analysis for campaign optimization
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management abilities
  • Experience in budget management and financial planning
  • Established network of German content creators and ability to build long-term relationships
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Comfortable with both written and spoken communications. Strong attention to detail for grammar and spelling is required. Proficiency in both English and German will be a plus

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate strategic partnerships to expand PUBG Mobile’s and other games' reach and strengthen the brand in key markets
  • Develop and manage commercial deals with agencies, brands, and ecosystem partners
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging opportunities to drive growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and esports teams to ensure alignment and maximize partnership value
  • Lead the strategy and execution of celebrity and influencer endorsement campaigns
  • Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with talent, talent agencies, and representatives
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure all deliverables align with brand objectives and campaign KPIs
  • Drive creative integration of celebrities into campaigns, events, and in-game activations
  • Be the strategic POC for comms transversal projects and support to build capabilities
  • Work on transversal KPIs that can support content creators performance, country insights and share them with the team
  • Support the organization of select communication projects RFPs to increase the regional pool of vendors
  • Support the reporting and timeline of the communication projects
