Responsibilities

  • Market loan products to existing and new referral sources in assigned region through heavy prospecting, consultative selling, and closing
  • Partner with the Director of Marketing to create and execute a defined marketing plan specific to your area to improve service to existing relationships and expand referral sources
  • Create and distribute marketing material
  • Train retailer sales teams and General Managers on all aspects of loan products and processes
  • Assist with all company needs in your region, including post-closing work such as contacting late or defaulting borrowers, or visiting vacant/REO properties
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to clients
  • Assist with other duties as necessary
