Requirements

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree, currently enrolled in 3rd or 4th year, returning to full-time or part-time studies after the work term
  • Located in Calgary or open to relocating for on-site work
  • Experience in cold calling, door-to-door sales, or call center environments, with ability to confidently engage clients and handle outbound outreach
  • Motivated problem-solver with creative and effective solutions
  • Strong team player who works well independently and manages own tasks
  • Personable and effective communicator
  • Highly organized with strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and attention to detail
  • Excited about outbound sales, passionate about building relationships, and eager to enhance communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Engage in lead generation by researching potential markets, identifying target prospects, and initiating outreach through cold calls, emails, and other channels
  • Follow up with inbound leads to qualify prospects and secure meetings for the sales team
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies, optimize messaging, and drive improvements in meeting conversion rates
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-up with prospects
  • Support the development of new processes and strategies to streamline lead generation and optimize sales performance
  • Participate in cross-functional projects with marketing, product, and operations teams to identify new business development opportunities
