Responsibilities

  • Assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution, including those leveraging AEM for web content management and digital experiences
  • Gather and synthesize information specific to AEM implementations, such as content authoring, publishing workflows, and integration with other enterprise systems
  • Develop product requirements for AEM solutions based on input from stakeholders, user community, and industry standards
  • Review project deliverables for completeness and compliance with AEM best practices and established project standards
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with customers, product specialists, and product architects to analyze information needs and functional requirements for AEM, delivering artifacts such as AEM functional requirements, specifications, use cases, and interface designs
  • Build consensus with stakeholders for AEM adoption and integration, working with cross-functional teams to create business and development documentation for AEM projects
  • Use deep expertise with business process design concepts to create and maintain high-level designs and detailed requirements for AEM configuration and enhancements
  • Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of high-quality AEM product packages, representing and participating as the product expert on global AEM implementations
  • Assume a leadership role during review meetings and subsequent status meetings for large AEM projects
  • Work with clients, project, and technical teams to capture and document functional requirements for AEM implementations in detail and with clarity
  • Assist testing teams and developers on requirements clarifications
  • Define specifications and features for AEM-based solutions, analyze possible enhancements, identify and define detailed product functional requirements and use cases
  • Assess current capabilities and market requirements, as well as define product-related metrics and performance goals with other teams
