Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Scrum Master in an agile environment
Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
Experience in the Life Sciences industry is essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile certification is preferred

Responsibilities

Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and technical specifications
Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business needs
Identify and mitigate risks and impediments to ensure smooth project execution
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team and across the organisation
Provide guidance and support to team members on agile best practices and principles
Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring transparency and clarity for all stakeholders
Engage with clients in the Life Sciences sector to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored solutions
