Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 7 or more years of relevant experience in data analysis, finance, business analysis, or a similar environment
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, AWS, or financial and statistical oriented software
  • Experience conveying complex issues
  • Experience delivering high-level summaries while maintaining accuracy
  • Experience developing analyses using large datasets
  • Experience managing projects end-to-end

Responsibilities

  • Establish, maintain, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business and financial performance
  • Support monthly forecast cycles by gathering inputs, validating assumptions, and building reporting that highlights risks and opportunities
  • Develop dashboards and tools that deliver clear, relevant insights to business leaders
  • Contribute to automation and process improvement efforts to improve recurring reporting and forecasting processes
  • Conduct ad hoc business and financial analysis, providing recommendations that support decision-making
  • Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Technology partners to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting and data usage
  • Document finance processes and reporting standards to ensure scalability and continuous improvement
  • Use tools such as Excel (can perform complex functions), Power BI, AWS, Tableau, and Oracle to deliver reporting solutions
