  • Completed degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business, Data Intelligence or comparable education
  • Good understanding of business requirements to effectively understand Marketing and Sales and prioritize marketing projects and initiatives
  • Strong understanding of short- and long-term business dynamics in a commercial context
  • Business Analytics experience required
  • Experience in product management at national or regional level
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Market modelling, consolidating bottom-up planning, and developing various business models with the business
  • Creating business cases and market analyses to support the business
  • Preparing meaningful presentations for the General Manager and Marketing Director
  • Trend analysis and segment analyses, especially considering reforms in the German market
  • Quarterly analysis of franchise market models from sales input to market validation (Marketing and Inek data) and ensuring coherence with business planning and forecasting
  • Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights together with product managers and business unit leaders
  • Developing and maintaining databases and data systems aligned with EMEA and required for projects and departmental functions
  • Coordinating between cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and results
  • Communicating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals
  • Identifying project-related risks and taking accountability for project results
