Requirements

Bachelor's Degree holder
At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience
Good understanding of reports submitted to stakeholders, with ability to provide insights, analyze, and interpret results
Strong familiarity with BPO or Shared Services industry key performance metrics, including definitions, calculations, recommended targets, appropriate methodologies to present data, and interpret results
Self-driven and results-oriented with proven ability to influence and engage teams in delivering best-in-class support to stakeholders
Advanced knowledge of Operations Standards and other industry-recognized operating models
Strong analytical, quantitative, and deductive reasoning skills
Ability to work with management teams to translate high-level business plans into action steps and reporting solutions
Sound organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to work/communicate with all levels of management
Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Process mapping and workflow development and maintenance experience desirable
Lean, Six Sigma, COPC knowledge and/or demonstrated process improvement expertise a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Support development and implementation of robust operating models for key operational excellence initiatives (e.g., account management, capacity analysis, cost management, customer experience, revenue growth)
Conceptualize solutions, drive standardization, and innovative solutions to address identified operational gaps
Leverage analytics solutions to provide data-driven recommendations for improvements in metrics standardization and overall business performance reporting
Assist in creating operational reports, from data gathering to presentation delivery
Facilitate projects driving operational strategies and objectives
Work and coordinate with multiple workstreams and stakeholders to support successful delivery of key priorities for Insurance and Healthcare Operations teams
Drive programs and initiatives focused on improving operational excellence, business performance, and harmonization
