Responsibilities

  • Work with business partners to elicit high-level requirements and business needs, articulate them into documented business requirements, and assist with prioritization exercises by providing cost and effort estimation/analysis
  • Manage the priority of demands to map them into a process-focused functionality roadmap
  • Contribute as a global team member in the application delivery process and represent customers by collaborating with IT teams (e.g., Infrastructure, Development, Support) to ensure business requirements are understood and solutions meet expectations
  • Understand business processes and systems for assigned customer areas and act as a liaison between IT, product teams, and the customer
  • Manage and successfully deliver moderate to high complexity projects, applying broad knowledge to identify and resolve core problems
  • Uphold the organization’s cybersecurity posture by adhering to security policies and procedures, participating in training, protecting data and systems, identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities, and reporting suspicious activity or potential security incidents
