Responsibilities

The Business Analyst II will be responsible for designing and developing analytics solutions, including dashboards with advanced interactivity and measures. This role involves collaborating with analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to understand reporting needs, designing and optimizing data models, calculated fields, and report performance. Additionally, the analyst will create and maintain standardized report templates and themes, support user adoption through documentation, demos, and training, and troubleshoot data quality or logic issues in visualizations.
