Job Description

Role: CRM Evolution Project Team Member Location: Remote

Responsibilities

  • Gathering business needs from teams.
  • Defining functional specifications as user stories.
  • Expressing needs and feeding the backlog (analyzing needs, analyzing impacts/risks, refining into detailed US).
  • Functional testing (defining tests, recording tests, executing tests).
  • Analyzing production incidents and supporting users (via Incident or requests).
  • Project management: synchronizing project stages with various users and stakeholders.
  • Budget tracking, risk tracking, milestone tracking, and synthesizing various steering committees.
  • Managing/Participating in Agile ceremonies and Daily meetings.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree + 5 (Bac+5) in engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in software development or IT governance.
  • Methodologies: Comfortable with Agile methodologies.
  • Skills: Demonstrates curiosity, proactivity, and the ability to propose solutions.
  • Language: Fluent in English.
