Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst at Aescape, you will serve as the data expert, helping teams across the company deepen their understanding of metrics and analytics, turning business questions into actionable data. You will define and operate our data infrastructure, establishing golden tables, metrics, and ensuring pipeline health, partnering with product and marketing to design and execute experiments, build automated reporting systems, own KPI definition and reporting, and lead customer satisfaction measurement initiatives. Additionally, you will create our AI/analytics roadmap and continuously optimize our data stack for scale.
