Requirements

  • Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, with IT or any other relevant qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, or in Software development lifecycle/IT and/or as Business Analyst in IT
  • Good French & English communication (oral & written)

Responsibilities

  • Help key users of financial tools to enable smooth usage
  • Provide usage & support on banking financial tools
  • Act as the link between the business and IT environment
  • Configure business parameters of the application
  • Ensure smooth communication with clients and end users
  • Act as key user and assist end users in the use of the accounting application
  • Gather requirements from the business and document functional specifications for IT team
  • Perform end user acceptance test for validation
  • Participate in Project Management activities
  • Apply deep industry, domain and/or analytics skills to develop business insight, share recommendations with clients, and enable the implementation that helps clients realize business outcomes
