Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field such as Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline, and a minimum of three years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required, and candidates must submit a sample of business or technical writing in English for the interview process. A basic understanding of software development environments and technologies is also desired, along with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in Higher Education or EdTech is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Business Analyst will serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, clearly communicating needs, constraints, and expectations. They will facilitate discovery sessions to gather and document business and technical requirements, analyze current client processes to identify areas for improvement, translate requirements into detailed functional and technical documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose and evaluate solution designs. The role involves monitoring development progress, testing deliverables, presenting findings and recommendations, supporting the development of documentation, and assisting in the planning and coordination of implementation projects, while also building strong relationships with stakeholders and understanding the client’s organizational context.
